All of the dimension for electrodes and steel will be inspected in process with manufacture, QC system will check the result after every machining, to ensure the remark of SPC, CPK and CTQ in tolerance before mould trial (FOT).

The FAI of sample will be measured after mould trial, ensure every dimension of sample in tolerance.
